Bonnie H Mott, President Karen Smith, Manager - Bronson Office
We at ERA Preferred Properties believe that home ownership is a necessary and significant contribution by citizens to their community. We recognize, as the Preamble to our Code of Ethics explains, that the interests of our community require the best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. The purchase of real estate is an excellent long-term investment and the tax savings can be substantial. To that end, we train our associates to be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate sales from location selection for buyers to aggressive marketing of single-family homes, condos and acreage. We have associates who specialize in zoning and development for commercial buyers and sellers as well as those who work with parents of students enrolled at the University of Florida and Santa Fe Community College.
