Richard came to Gainesville in 1971 where he attended Santa Fe Community College and the University of Florida. He received an RN degree in 1990 and was licensed as a Real Estate agent in 1984. He owns several single family rentals.

He has been acquiring investment property since 1984 and currently has been assisting home owners and investors with single family and condominium sales and purchases.
