Sam, a native Floridan, has lived in the Gainesville area for over 30 years. In the past, as a licensed appraiser, he worked in his family's real estate appraising business, personally completing over 300 appraisals.

Sam has been with Prudential Preferred Properties since 2000 with his specialization in commercial, investment, multifamily residential and land transactions. He also has experience in student housing and investment sales of properties near the University of Florida. Sam has not limited his transactions only to the Gainesville area. He has coordinated real estate transactions involving properties all over Florida and in the SouthEast United States for his investors.

Some of his awards include Multimillion Dollar Producer, Top Selling Agent and Prudential's Leading Edge Award Winner (an award for being in the top 10% of the real estate agents in the nation).

Sam is married to Alba Swiger, has three children and one granddaughter. For enjoyment, Sam likes the Florida outdoors, saltwater and freshwater fishing.
