President of Prudential Preferred Properties, Bonnie is a native Floridian, graduating from Gainesville High School in 1967. After attending Santa Fe Community College, she entered the real estate industry in 1977 and obtained her Broker’s license in 1986. In 1993 she opened Prudential Preferred Properties of Gainesville and within 18 months the company was Number 4 in sales.

Bonnie served in many elected positions on PTO’s while her children were in school. She has served in many positions with the local Association of REALTORS, including chairing many committees. Bonnie was awarded the REALTOR of the Year designation in 2001, and was elected President of the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of REALTORS for 2005. She also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Boys and Girls Club of Alachua County. In this capacity she served on the annual auction committee where $44,000 was raised to benefit the club. As housing is near and dear to her, she served on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Housing and Development Corporation for seven years.

Bonnie has three children, Greg, Candy and Travis, and six grandchildren, Taylor, Tiffany, Tyler, Eva, Davis and Brody.
